Shaoshan Huanqiu Castings Foundry is located in Shaoshan city which is the hometown of great Chairman Mao. Also it is in the economic development zone of three main cities of Hunan province: Changsha, Xiangtan, Zhuzhou. Shaoshan Huanqiu Castings Foundry is located in Shaoshan city which is the hometown of great Chairman Mao. Also it is in the economic development zone of three main cities of Hunan province: Changsha, Xiangtan, Zhuzhou. So it has very convenient transportation, approximately an hour from airport of Changsha by speedway.
We specialize in the export of castings and have more than 10 years of experience in manufacturing, testing and selling of castings. The products which our foundry produces and develops are gully tops, manhole tops, fly wheels, valves, flanges, etc, and the main products are made from spheroidal graphite cast iron (ductile iron). During these years, we had accumulated a lot of experience of castings technologies. Up till now, our products are all exported to the oversea market, such as England, Italy, Belgium, Spain, Ireland, USA, Australia, Russia, Japan, etc. We have enjoyed great popularity in Europe, and possessed certain market share. Especially our manhole tops and gully tops are well-acquainted and welcomed by the European customers. We are the only foundry with a branch office in European Union (UK). Then we can deal with the information feedback and any suggestion of customer as soon as possible.
We have 12 departments and 3 workshops, including sales dept, QC & safety dept, production dept, technical dept, supply dept, etc. There are more than 600 employees in our foundry now, among whom, more than 40 are advanced technical people. The foundry covers a total area of 120, 000 square meters, with the production area of 60, 000 square meters. The total capital of the foundry is RMB 45 million. The major advanced equipments includes 6 cupolas, 8 bridge cranes, the production line of 50T/H processing capacity on molding sand, perfect testing equipments, etc. And the annual production capacity is 30, 000 tons, annual turnover more than RMB 0.2 billion.
In August, 2005, we won the EU anti-dumping case of castings products. Successively, we have been accredited certificate by SGS, BSI, LRQA and ICIM.
